Summer Vacation is Here

We are about to end the 5th grade and move on to middle school. I am glad that I was in this class for 2 years because I have had a great experience.  I will miss my friends especially Diana.  We have done lots of fun things together.

In middle school it will be harder but I think I am prepared. Meanwhile we will have summer vacation.

For summer vacation I am going to Mexico on the bus for 2 weeks. I have only been on plane so I don't know how it feels. I am leaving on June 22. While I wait for the day I will go to swimming and music class. I hope I have fun during my summer vacation.

Goodbye M and Hello Summer Vacation

It was a great experience at my elementary school, but now I need to leave my old school because it is time to take a new path in my life. This is the end of my old path. Summer vacation is coming and everyone is going to miss all their friends, but I'm so excited for summer vacation because I'm to visit my grandparents from my mom's side!

Also, we are going to go to pools to get super WET! My cousins will come to my house everyday so we could to a water balloon fight!! In Mexico, I am always going to play with all of my 18 cousins. Then, we are going to the plaza because it looks so beautiful at night. The worst thing that happens in Mexico is that it rains so much that your car could get stuck. Another thing that I'm going to do over the summer is that I am going to study to get ready for middle school. I hope everyone has a great summer and I want my class to be prepared for middle school and succeed in life.

Mexico, Here I come

During vacation I am going to Mexico for 3 weeks. I am leaving on a plane the night of June 21st. We will arrive in Mexico on June 22nd in the morning. I am going with my aunt, uncle, 4 cousins, and my brother.
This will be the first time my brother and I are going to Mexico. My cousins, aunt, and uncle have been to Mexico many times but my cousins have never gone on a plane before and neither have we. I am excited and scared all at the same time. So many firsts. It will be great to see my grandparents in their own home. They have been hoping for us to come and visit and now the time is finally here.

My mom has already bought clothes, shoes, and other things we will need for the trip.

My mom and dad have told me a lot about Mexico and their childhood there.  Their stories have really gotten me even more excited than before.
