Just like the name says, we are the help department. We work together to help citizens with their work. Our main job is to assist the Classtopians who are having difficulties with completing their daily tasks. Technology has been the biggest area in Classtopia. We have been using the tools in google suite to connect, to communicate, and to collaborate with each other both at school and at home. Because some of our citizens do not have access to technology at home and many Classtopians do not get enough practice using technology, they may need to call on us.
To qualify as a member of the help department, you should have a lot of skills and practice on how to use google docs, slides, sheets, and classroom. You also have to practice a lot at home. To get help from our department a citizen just has to call, "Help Department, I need help". At that point the nearest helper will go to that person to assist them. If one of the helpers is not sure how to help, then they ask another helper. Together we also help each other.

This department is led by me, Laila. I have hired, Natalia (finance), Jesse(g-suite), Ashley(g-suite), and Allison (assistant) to help me in taking care of all the problems that come up. So far, we helped to create an inventory of all the books that were donated to our Book Department from our friend, The. We have books for all our interests. Our goal is to help each department as much as we can.
Our help department was created January 11, 2017. We are the newest department in our nation. We hope to grow stronger so that Classtopians are free of problems. The stronger we are, the stronger our nation.

ReplyDeleteSomething that I have learned is that in help they like to connect, communicate and collaborate. I can infer that they like to use a lot of Technology because it says that they use Google Docs buy sheets in classroom which is all in the G Suite. They also love to help and if they do not know they will ask another person in that group. So they can learn as well.
