Hollywood Bowl

Recently, I have been to Hollywood Bowl. We got the tickets from Harmony Project, the program where I take my music classes.  I have been to Hollywood Bowl at least three times. Each student gets three tickets, and since my sister also got three tickets, we had enough. My dad was working, so my uncle came instead. We were supposed to drive to a school, and then the bus would take us to our destination. We arrived at the school a little late, but that was okay. We signed in and got on the bus. We were on our way to Hollywood Bowl.

Finally, we arrived. There were so many buses and cars. The bus parked, and we got off. We started to walk toward the entrance, but stopped to go to the restroom. We got our tickets, and then got our bags checked. Our seats were near the top. There were these escalators that were flat, and that took us to our section. We finally found our seats, and waited for the show to begin.

I could see the Hollywood sign, but it was pretty far.

Since we were so high up, there were these big screens on the side to help us see better. The conductor introduced himself, and then mentioned that the man who composed the Star Wars music was in the audience. A spotlight was shown, and the man was shown on all the screens. Everyone started cheering and clapping.

They first played the National Anthem, then some other songs. The names of the songs were shown on the screens, but I could not see the names too well. The concert was two hours, but we got a break(intermission) after one hour. We got to bring whatever food and drinks we wanted, so when it got a little chilly, we drank some coffee.  When it was over, we walked back to the bus. Soon, we were on our way back home. I can't wait for the next time we go to Hollywood Bowl!
