The Unknown Thing in the Restroom

I wrote a story called '' The unknown thing in the restroom'' It is about a frog coming into a house and goes on an adventure. Hope you like it.

Once upon a time there was a family with three children and a single mother and a dog. They all lived near a park with a pond.The three children were Val, Sara, and Joey. Val was a girl that likes adventure. Sara was into a lot of animals and Joey liked to draw. The dog name is Sparky. Sparky was not a trained dog but he is fun to play with. They had to get to bed because they were going to go out to eat breakfast the next day. Mom started to get a little worried because when she looked at her bedroom window she saw fog. Hopefully there is no fog in the morning. If there is they will not be able to go out and eat breakfast. The next morning  mom woke up and was too scared to look out the window. She knew what she was going to see and when she looked at the window and saw that there was fog everywhere.

She knew that the kids really wanted to go outside. She went to the children's bedroom. She told them the bad news. They were really sad because there mom is away working and she has know time to spend with the kids. Val, Sara, and Joey begged and begged to go outside. Until Mom said yes. They all started to get dressed. They went outside to the car but mom had to be extra careful because it is hard to drive in fog because you can’t see much. Sparky was sad because they didn’t take him.

Mom: did you close all the windows of the house

Val: Yes but I think I forgot to close the bathroom window

Mom: It’s OK It’s not like an animal can come in it.

Mom: Did you throw out the trash joey.

Joey: No I forgot,

Mom: It’s OK

Although what they didn’t know is that there neighbors recently got a pet. It was a bird. The bird ate a lot of mosquitoes. There was a lot of fog so it was moist and frogs love the moist they also love mosquitoes which is what their neighbors pet ate. Since the family lived near the pond a  frog went under the neighbor's door hole and got in. Then he started to eat.

When the bird saw frog eat the mosquitoes he got mad.

Bird: HEY why are you eating my breakfast.

Frog: Oh this is yours.

Bird: Yes!

Frog: Sorry I was just very hungry. I am very sorry.

Bird:It’s OK but my advice to you is to go to the other house and eat the mosquitoes that are near the trash. They always forget to throw it away.

Frog: but wouldn’t they catch me

Bird no I think there not even home.

Frog: thanks for the advice

Bird: you're welcome.

Frog: wait do you want to be friends

Bird: OK! Maybe we can play. My owners went to the market, so they won’t catch you. And you will still have time  to eat mosquitoes because I think the family barley left.

Frog: um OK

Bird: But it will be hard for me to play with you in this cage.

Frog: your right But how can I free you. OH I know maybe I can jump on the lock and the cage would open. So frog did. And it opened. Then they played.

The frog left the bird's house and tried to find a way in the other house. Meanwhile the family went to the mall after they ate. The mall gave  announcement. It said” People that are going back home driving please don’t leave the

mall. It is to dangerous to drive”. So the family stayed at the mall.

The frog still tried to get in. The door had a whole so he went under there to get in. Sparky noticed the frog. He barked and barked.

Sparky: what are you doing in this house.

Frog: I just want to eat some mosquitoes.

Sparky: umm… OK I’ll show you where the trash can is.

Frog: thanks you are a very nice dog.

Sparky: thanks.

The frog ate and ate.

When the frog was done eating Sparky heard keys in the door.

Sparky: Quick hide I hear keys.

Frog: where do I hide?

Sparky: um.. The restroom

Frog: OK

Sparkly: go go

The frog went under the restroom door. Then the family came in. Everyone was doing something. Meanwhile Sparky was trying to keep everyone out of the restroom

Sparky tried everything to make the family not know there is a frog in the restroom. But the frog was not cooperating.

The frog was Jumping every where and when he jumped he made thing fall. Sparky heard the loud noises so he  began to bark so that the family would not hear the frog.

But Sparky could not bark forever. So he stopped and the frog finally stopped making noise. And somehow the frog turned on the water of the bathtub. The family heard the noise and they opened the door. The could not see the frog because the curtain was closed.

Mom: what is it?

Val: It’s a toy

Sara: It’s a small bout.

Joey: It’s a duck

The frog came out and everyone said” It’s a frog”? They closed the bathroom door talked about what to do with the frog. They all voted to keep the frog as a pet. So they got a tank and put water in it with a piece of cardboard to act like land.

Sparky tried everything to make the family not know there is a frog in the restroom. But the frog was not cooperating.
