Visiting Sequoia National Park Camp

Over the summer, on July 28, 2017 my family and friends went to Sequoia National Park Camp. We left at Saturday 3 a.m. It took us 4 hours to get there. Once we made it, we had to get a green slip that had numbers on it. It means that the number we have there is a space that we put our stuff. When parked the truck, we got our space and set up our tents and put our food in a food storage box. After we were done we set up our air mattress, and we cooking food. Since this park had a river, we got to go in. It was freezing cold in there. There were 2 long trees on the river. My cousin and I, were holding to the tree so we don't get pushed by the water or get hurt.

Once we were about to leave, we went hiking. It was hard going hiking because, the rocks were big and it was really hot. We saw lots of rivers. When we made it, we saw a medium-sized bear. My mom and uncle were taking pictures of it.

When it left, we saw the most beautiful river we ever seen. The water was sparkling and shining. It was so peaceful. This summer was so awesome!
