The love for Galapagos Penguins

Penguins are a mysterious kind of bird to me. I don't know why I find them so cute. Maybe it's because you have to go to the zoos or the aquariums to see them. You won't find them in your backyard if you live in America.

There are millions of them and there are many different kinds Penguins. On Earth there are 17 species of penguins. Most people know only the Emperor penguin. He is just the largest. Most people think all Penguins live only in Antarctica but all of them don't. Some are from Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

My Favorite Penguin is the Galapagos Penguin. It is also the smallest of them.  It is my favorite Penguin because they are the only Penguins that live north of the Equator. Galapagos Penguins love to eat different kinds of fish like sardines. I love to eat sardines too.

If I could be an animal I would pick the Galapagos Penguin.

I hope I encouraged you to like Penguins too!
